2. Cont. Forward in Magic - Part 2 | NOV 5 - WED
NOVEMBER 5 - DECEMBER 17, 2025
7:00 - 9:00 PM on WEDNESDAYS
Course Objectives:
This six-week course builds on the foundation of knowledge covered in “Introduction to Magic.” Students will continue to learn the material from the magic repertoire that employs their existing knowledge base while being introduced to new principles and sleight-of-hand maneuvers. The card effects taught—and the moves they contain—include some of the strongest ever devised.
A selection of the tricks will continue to be relatively simple (though excellent), while others will require greater time to master. The tricks taught include effects that possess a startling visual impact, and the sculpting or “scripting” of a magic routine is covered in greater depth.
Each six-week course includes more advanced Cups & Balls lessons, as well as effects employing a host of props, including borrowed finger rings, rope, newspaper, and bills.
All props and materials will be provided.
Refunds for cancellations, as well as transfers of classes, substitutions of attendees, or deferrals of class, will be accommodated seven days before the class start date.
Late cancellations and requests for transfers or deferments after the seven cancellation/transfer deadline will result in a Magic Castle credit for Magic University offerings (adult and/or kids classes or Specialty classes) within the calendar year in which courses are offered.
